Author Guidelines

Articles sent to the editor of Mushaf: Jurnal Tafsir Berwawasan Keindonesiaan (P-ISSN: 2774-1877; E-ISSN: 2774-1885) must follow the technical provisions as:

  1. Articles are written in Indonesian, English and Arabic standards which are the result of research or conceptual writing in various scopes of Al-Qur'an, preferably writing reflects the integrative-interconnection value of Al-Qur'an with Indonesian-minded. Article must be explain with IMRAD model.
  2. The article is the work authentic and has not been published in the journal (scientific periodical) else.
  3. Articles written in the font Garamond spaced 1 cm on A4 paper with a total of 7,000-9,000 words or 20-25 pages. Articles must be submitted no later than two months before the journal is published.
  4. Include abstracts in Indonesian and English with a total of 200-250 words; in each abstract comes with keywords (keywords) no more than 5 words.
  5. The name of the author of the article does not need to include an academic degree, position, or rank and is accompanied by a correspondence address, email address and or telephone number.
  6. The contents of article research consist of Introduction (consisting of background, research problems, summaries of previous relevant studies, the gap of knowledge, and research objectives. written in one chapter without subtitles); Theoritical review (refers to research variables, or concepts related to the research title); Results and Discussion (Results and discussions contain research findings supported by adequate data. The results of the research findings answer the questions or research hypotheses in the introductory section by using 5500 words - for the number of words in the article 7000 - and 7500 words - for the number of words of the article 9000); Conclusion (The conclusion contains answers to academic anxiety, urgency, research findings, and their significance for the development of interpretation studies. Writing conclusions is not in the form of repetition of the results and discussion, but rather a summary of the findings as described in the introduction. At the end of the conclusion, the research possibilities that have not been discussed are included for consideration for future researchers. Conclusions and suggestions are written in paragraphs, not numbers.), and Bibliography(All references referred to in the text of the article must be written in the list of references. Articles must have 10 or more new references and 60% of them are journals. Most of the references are recent research in the last five years. Minimum references in articles are 25 books / journals).
  7. Writing articles in the journal Study of the Sciences of the Qur'an using the Arabic-Indonesian transliteration guidelines, the guidelines are accessed in the template.
  8. Reference in the article uses footnotes with due regard to the specificity of the references referenced, such as books, translation books, volume / volume books, anthology books, articles in anthologies, articles in journals, articles in encyclopedias, articles on websites (internet), articles in mass media (magazines or newspapers), theses, theses, dissertations, or scriptures that are adjusted to the instructions in the template
